How does Mitora work?
Browse real, approved providers in the Mitora app, book a priced service or request a quote, then confirm the work is done — your card is only charged after you verify completion.
How are pros vetted?
Every provider is admin-approved through KYC before they can take a booking. Many are Identity Verified, Professional Verified, or Elite, with Insured and Business badges where applicable.
When am I charged?
Your card is authorized as a hold when you book and is only charged after you verify the job is complete. You pay the service price or accepted quote total, plus a flat $11.89 booking fee — see Pricing for the full breakdown.
What if the job needs pricing?
Request a quote in the app; a provider prices it, you accept, then book the accepted quote.
Is my payment safe?
Payments run on Stripe and stay on-app — never cash to a stranger.
Is Mitora free for customers?
Browsing, messaging, and requesting quotes are free. When you book, you pay the service price (or the quote total you accepted) plus a flat $11.89 booking fee, charged after you confirm the work.
