Delete your Mitora account and data

These instructions apply to Mitora and Mitora Pro. You can request deletion from the app or by email, even if you have uninstalled it or cannot sign in.

Automatic account-deletion processing is currently being repaired. You can still request deletion, but a scheduled date is not confirmation that your account or data has been deleted. Contact [email protected] for request status.

Request deletion by email

  1. Email [email protected] and ask to delete your account and associated data.
  2. Tell us whether you use Mitora, Mitora Pro, or both, and the email associated with your account. Use that email to contact us if possible.
  3. We may verify that you control the account before confirming the request. If you no longer have access to your email, explain that in your request so the verification options can be assessed.

Do not email your password, payment-card information, government ID, or other sensitive documents.

Email an account deletion request

The button opens your email app; sending the email submits your request to support. You can also write directly to [email protected].

Request deletion in the app

  • Mitora: open Profile and select Delete Account.
  • Mitora Pro: open Settings and select Delete Account.

Follow the confirmation steps. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account.

What happens after your request

In-app account-deletion requests are scheduled with a 30-day grace period. Signing back in during that period cancels the request. You may also contact support to request cancellation. Active services, payments, refunds, payouts, or other obligations may need to be resolved before a request can be completed. Deletion cannot be undone once completed.

Deletion requests can cover your profile and contact information, saved addresses, login credentials, device registrations, messages, location information, and uploaded files. Ask support about associated information held by service providers and any records that must be retained.

We may retain limited transaction, job, payout, refund, dispute, and audit records, including relevant transaction evidence submitted by another party, needed for accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security. Internal record identifiers can remain to preserve the integrity of those records without keeping an active account. Payment processors may retain records under their own legal obligations. Backup copies and retained records are not necessarily erased at the same time as your active account; they remain subject to applicable retention and access controls.

Contact support for your request status, to ask about retained records, or to request deletion of particular data without closing your account. We will explain any verification or retention requirements that apply.
